Heidi Gonzalez, the Director from AFTH, shares the details of the webinar stating, “As a transracial adoptee, Isaac Etter will review how systemic racism has affected adoption and our view of it. The presentation will address economic injustice, saviorism, and how implicit bias regarding birth families is woven into adoption, with the goal of preparing adoptive parents for ethical transracial adoption.”
